Rating London based Christmas Tree delivery services was possibly one of the most fun tasks of the year. We've had over 10 different Christmas trees in our offices to discover, who truly gives the best service. We rated them on a variety of factors-these being: ease of ordering, price, quality of tree, quality of decorations, quality of the customer service and finally quality of their disposal methods.

After some debate, we finally decided on a winner. We felt the victory had to be given to Flowers24Hours.co.uk because, quite frankly, they absolutely excelled on all levels. The ordering system was by far the easiest. We could simply click each category we wanted and then order on the next page, with the option to pay by cash on delivery, invoice, credit card or cheque.

The pricing structure was very reasonable. We ordered an 8-9 foot tree for 123.89, which was the mean price, based on the 10 retailers we selected. At first, we thought the decorations were a bit on the costly side: once they arrived, we all realised why. The baubles and decorations are totally stunning. The tree itself looked marvellous and arrived alongside a cheerful florist, who proceeded to decorate the tree in front of us with care and creativity. While we haven't had the tree collected yet (it was too nice to go) we have spoken to their customer service department who explained their disposal methods. "The decorations are for you to keep: the tree itself will come back to us, where we carefully remove any leftover tinsel. We then take them down to our recycling partner, who recycles them into wood chippings." Perfect!
